Enchanted Hair Studio Cancellation and Deposit Policy At Enchanted Hair Studio, we require a card on a file and non-renfundable deposit for all Color Services and Kertain Treatments to secure your appointment. This policy helps me reduce no-shows and last-minute cancellations, allowing me to provide the best service to all my valued clients. A non-refundable deposit of $25, $50 or $100 depending on service booked is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to the cost of the service. Appointments can be booked online through My GlossGenius booking site. The deposit must be paid online at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the appointment it will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. If rescheduling, it must be within one week of original appointment date or you will forfeit your deposit and will need to put down another deposit to rebook. If you no show you will not be allow to rebook at all. By booking an appointment at Enchanted Hair Studio you agree to the terms of this policy. August was my 13 year anniversary! I was inspired by my grandmother, who was also a hairdresser. I believe hair can have a really positive impact on each one of us! That is why I aim for each client feel more radiant when they leave Enchated Hair Studio. I especially love creating vivid hair color and alternative haircuts as well as low maintence color, and long layered cuts.
